Pondok Aren - Ulujami Toll Road is part of the Jakarta - Serpong Toll Road that connects Jakarta with South Tangerang. This toll road crosses an urban area with a number of interesting views ranging from urban skyline to green open areas.

The toll road with a length of about 6 km was successfully modeled by the GeoBIM Indonesia Team with a Level of Detail (LOD) of 300 - 350. In the modeling process, the GeoBIM Team divided the work on supporting elements of the road leger into several parts, namely reflectors, PJUs, drainage, toll gates, toll road boundary stakes and other road accessories. The application of 3D BIM for the Pondok Aren - Ulujami Toll Road Leger is not only to find out the condition of road assets in detail, but also as a basis for planning sustainable road maintenance programs, so as to provide smoothness, safety, security, and travel comfort.
